“This is Me on a plate” is an introduction to the Hamiltonian Fellows, a kick-off for the upcoming exhibition season and a fundraiser for the new, unified organization. Building on the historic relationship between food and art (Rirkrit Tiravanija’s interactive meal performance that was recently reproduced at the Hirshhorn Museum and Carolee Schneemann’s “Meat Joy” performance, to name a few) the Hamiltonian Fellows will work together to present a 5 course meal and signature cocktail that represents the upcoming exhibition season. Think Top Chef meets Hamiltonian. Fellows will work in pairs based on who they are showing with for their solos to create a dish that is in some way a reflection of their upcoming show. You will get to sit back, watch the mayhem in the kitchen and learn about each exhibition and artist in a fun and unique way.

Included in the ticket price is a recipe booklet with all of the recipes from the night's meal.
